Notre Elicio Rosé est un vin produit a base de Grenache & Syrah sur les parcelles attenantes le village de la Tour d’Aigues, au sud du Massif du Luberon. Les vignes en coteaux bénéficient aussi de courants d’air frais qui rafraîchissent les vignes en deuxième partie des nuits d’été. Les vins sont réalisés le plus simplement possible, afin de préserver les arômes de fruits. De millésime en millésime, les vins rosés Elicio sont constants, frais et aromatiques, fins et élégants.
