Les vignes bénéficient aussi de courants d’air frais qui descendent des pentes du Géant de Provence. Les vins sont réalisés le plus simplement possible, afin de préserver les arômes de fruits. De millésime en millésime, les vins Elicio sont constants, frais et plaisants tout en étant assez forts en couleur, ronds et équilibrés.
